Order Processing Time

We aim to have your order processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Scope & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details after your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days from the ship date (including US, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe)

Import Taxes, Duties & Customs

United States & Canada: We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that import duties and taxes are covered by us and you should not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

International (Rest of World): Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Refusal to Pay Duties

If you refuse to pay the customs duties and taxes upon delivery, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees or penalties charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. If the cost of returning the package exceeds the value of the goods, the package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
