Refunds & Returns Policy
The product are quality checked before shipping. If you have any issues with the order, please refer to below details.
- General Return Policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong part, place a new order and return the incorrect item within 30 days for a refund
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Fees & Cancellations Please be aware of the following fees associated with returns and cancellations:

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling. Refunds will be issued minus shipping and handling.

Order Cancellation: Cancellations before shipment are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
