Import Taxes, Duties & Customs

United States & Canada: We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that import duties and taxes are covered by us and you should not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Refusal to Pay Duties

If you refuse to pay the customs duties and taxes upon delivery, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees or penalties charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
